My Fitness story so far…..

I have had a passion for Health & Fitness for as long as I can remember! I have been training in various forms of Fitness for at least 25 years, having a strong background in Martial Arts. I have been training in and teaching Martial Arts for the last 18 years doing Aiki Kenpo JuJutsu, and previous to that a few years of Tae Kwon Do & Karate. From this background grew a need for Functional Strength Training, developing total body strength. There are many tools available, but one of my favourites – Kettlebells! Kettlebells offer a unique training system that can dramatically improve anything from Aesthetics to Sporting and Athletic performance. There are very few resistance tools that can offer the complete versatility that Kettlebell training can offer! They promote Symmetry, Balance and Total body control. Overall, producing a much more physically appealing and functional physique! Put this together with more common forms of training and you have an Awesome mix for Functional Strength. I have been training with Kettlebells for the last 11 years, getting my Kettlebell coaching accreditation with AKI (Australian Kettlebell Instructor) 6 years ago, the same time as my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness.Now working in my own Fitness business, I have a passion to teach and train my clients using Kettlebells, Clubbells, Bodyweight movements, Battle Ropes, Martial Arts & Boxing based movements. The health & fitness industry is a natural progression for me, coming from my background in Martial Arts, helping my students achieve to be the best they can be! I am now applying my skills to help my Group & PT clients to achieve the same! If you have a desire to get into the best shape of your life, I have the tools to get you there!
